Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with all accessories
- Contact lenses are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original payment method will be credited
Exchange
We offer free exchanges for different frame sizes or colours within 14 days. Prescription lens remakes are available if the power needs adjustment.
